Teletherapy Sessions: Teletherapy sessions occur through zoom and I will email you a link to our private meeting room before our first session. You can use your phone or computer for the session (Chrome and Firefox web browsers work best). I recommend taking some time to set up your virtual meeting space so that you feel comfortable and can be hands free for our session.
